JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
OVERVIEW: Responsible for normal administrative duties
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for:
Phone (screen and direct)
Database management
Client and trainer scheduling
Customer service tasks (order entry, phone calls, e-mails)
Work on special projects
Keep everyone informed
Carry out manager agenda
Execute marketing as required (e-mail, postcards, etc)
Filing
Coordinate office activity
Welcome all clients:
- Orient clients on cardio (Cardio HIIT if appropriate)
- Give client water bottle and towel if trainer busy
- Set up television if required
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Studio Manager
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate. Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be well versed on computer and programs such as word, excel, publisher, power point, etc.
TRAINING REQUIRED:
Basic review of company policy and procedures.
How we do things (corporate culture and expected behavior/dress)
Computer training (Infusion, etc)
Answer telephone
Interface with clients
Paperwork/communications flow
Cardiovascular operation
Filing system
Television operation and troubleshooting
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL: Quarterly, semi-annual, annual
COMPENSATION: $10/hour
HOURS WANTED : 3 days/week Monday – Friday; 10-15 hours per week (flexible scheduling preferred 9:30AM-1PM).
