How to Schedule Online

1. Click here for access to online scheduler
   
2. Select the desired service.  Personal Training (1 hour), Personal Training (30 Minutes), Massage therapy (1 Hour), or Massage Therapy (30 Minutes)
   
3. Select the trainer of your choice
   
4. Select the appropriate date from the calendar on the left hand side (You can schedule thirty days in
   advance)
   
5. Click your desired time slot or choose another trainer from the drop down menu at the top of page
   under “show availabilities for”
   
6. For first time users fill out the required info on the right hand side columns and click “Submit Your
   Request“
   
7. Existing clients simply fill out your email address and password on the left hand side column (You can
   easily change your password if you forget it).  Click “Submit Your Request“ when your name and email address appear.
   
8. You are all done.  We are automatically notified of the appointment.  No need to contact us.  You will
   receive an email notification of the appointment and an appointment reminder 24 hours in advance.  

How To Cancel or Reschedule A Workout

1. Click here to cancel, reschedule, or change account  info
   
2. Type in your email address and password (You can easily change it if you forget it)
   
3. First time users will need to enter our business name in the appropriate space Fit-4-Life, Inc.  All of
   your appointments will be displayed
   
4. Cancellations:  Select the appointment date you want to cancel.  Select “click to cancel the appt” then type the reason for cancellation if desired then click “Cancel the Appointment”
   
5. Rescheduling:  Select the appointment date you want to reschedule.  Select “click to reschedule the
   appt”.  Then follow steps 2-8 from the left hand column.
   
6. Account Setup:  Select account tab, change your password if needed.  Click on or off how you would like to receive email notifications.
   
7. You are all done.  We are automatically notified of all appointment cancellations or changes.  No need to contact us.  You will receive an email notification of the appointment change
